Can I get a refund?
TACENZA hasn't published a refund policy yet. What happens when you cancel or downgrade, and how to ask about a refund for a payment.
Our refund policy isn’t published yet – it’s still being reviewed, together with the rest of our terms for paid plans. Until it is, contact support and tell us about the payment. We’ll look at it.
Here’s what already applies.
Cancelling
When you cancel, you’re not charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Cancelling doesn’t by itself refund the current period. See How do I cancel my subscription?
Downgrading
When you move to a cheaper plan, for example Pro to Plus, the unused part of the period is credited, not paid back. See How do I change my plan?
Deleting your account
Deleting your account ends a paid plan straight away. After that, your invoices are no longer linked to any account, so we can’t find them for you. If you want to ask about a refund, do it before you delete.
What to include when you ask
- The date and amount of the payment.
- Which plan it was for (Plus or Pro, monthly or yearly).
- What happened, for example “I was charged after cancelling” or “I upgraded by mistake”.
Don’t send card numbers or bank details. TACENZA never sees them and doesn’t need them – payments go through Stripe.
If you live in the EU, you may have legal rights around online purchases, whatever our policy says. Our terms will set this out once they’ve been reviewed.
